Basic Daily Operational Features
With the Basic Features you are able to manage your daily operations into details. It is available as a web and mobile version and can be accessed by all your Team Members.
Bookings page
Check the status of your Bookings through the Booking list (occupied, arrivals, departures, future or past)
Check which new Bookings you have received through the Recent tab
All views can be filtered per Rental, Bookings Source and Booking Tags
It allows you to view Canceled Bookings and Blockings > use the filters for this.
Click on View button to open and see more booking details
Calendar
Check the status of your Bookings in a Calendar view
The circle around the logo of the Booking source shows the payment status of the Bookings
Click on a Booking to open it and see all the details
Reports
Check the KPIs of your account
All Reports can be opened and filtered
All Reports can be exported
Rentals
Check all details on a property level
Timeline
See what modifications have been made and what events have found place recently
Media
Access all recently uploaded Media files. These can be pictures or videos. (videos can only be uploaded in Jobs - not directly in Bookings)
Alerts
Check what missing Booking payments there are on/after the check-in date of your Bookings
Chat
Share pictures through your chats
Private and group chats are supported
Settings
Booking Tags: create your Tags so you can mark your Bookings with frequent requests / important updates through the Tags to inform your Team Members of these
Payment gateway: connect with Stripe to automatically charge missing payments to your guests
